The t-storms have cleared out and it looks like we’ll avoid more rain this morning, so be at South Row at 9 a.m. for a rousing pickup soccer game!
We’re going to be moving to South Row field for the fall starting this Sunday–please pass the word along to anyone who may not be following this blog. Directions are on the other tab for anyone who needs a refresher. It was a great, fun game against the Winchester pickup team last Sunday, and the turnout was amazing, but this Sunday we’ll return to our normal pickup game with white and dark shirts. Lawrence has arranged a special game this Sunday against some Winchester pickup game players that Mike plays with. We played these guys last year and they cleaned our clocks, but this year we should have better numbers and it should be a fun game. Please wear WHITE SHIRTS and arrive by 9 a.m. at Murphy Field.

The forecast is for cloudy skies with a 50% chance of rain/thunderstorms….forever. (or at least as far out as my weather app will take me) If the weather is especially bad I’ll post a cancellation notice by 8:30 on Sunday, but otherwise assume the game is on and use your best judgment. Remember the game is at Murphy Field now!
