Cloudy Soccer

Hi all. It looks like Sunday morning will be cloudy but dry so let’s fit in a scrimmage. Same 9am start time and location (Harrington) as always, bring both dark and white shirts and water. BTW, the US Men’s National Team started training for the World Cup this past week. I feel inspired!

    To all those non-believers from last game – here’s extract from FIFA laws rule 11 (on the no offside from a goal kick):

    There is no offside offence if a player receives the ball directly from:
    • a goal kick
    • a throw-in
    • a corner kick

      Vyach, you are right once again. I should know better by now. Nick showed me the rule book during our “half time” last week after Zack had been caught “off-sides” on a goal kick. I owe him a goal. 😉
